One more. ;+) I found Intellect Chaos, just what I was looking for. CRM, email management and expense tracking, AIO. Warning, the program is only $60 and has a few bugs, but I am learning to either live with them or work around them because of the incredible database feature that integrates with email in a way that NO OTHER PROGRAM does unless its 10x-30x the price. Just a basic CRM program these days is $500+. It also will send out an email at a predetermined time. ;+) This program is perfect for small wedding and portrait studios.

Check it out, its worth it http://www.chaossoftware.com/intellect.asp

Quick note, Outlook 2007 will send email at a predetermined time. So when I set up a new customer in the past, I would enter all of their info, including 2 calendar reminders to myself to send them the remaining invoices. Then go in to my CRM when reminded, create the invoice in Word with form fields, create a PDF from that, and email it to them. Then, when they faxed their payment back manually enter their CC payment.

With the Delay Delivery feature of Outlook 2007 (Options>Delay Delivery) I can create the reminder email ahead of time, and if you have a shopping cart that accepts payment directly, have the invoice sent to them automatically 30 days before it is due and also direct them to a link to make their payment, all of which requires no extra time from me.
